Phillip
Owner / President
Phillip received a Bachelor of Science at NC State University Minor in Econ. He has always had a love for growing this whether that is plants, people, himself, or companies. In 2019, Phillip started PD Three Trucking. Phillip says PD Three Trucking sets itself apart from other companies by always showing up on time and doing what they say they are going to do. The staff is also polite and great to work with!
When Phillip is not working, he enjoys being with his family and friends. He also loves to cook and grill.
Client success story: “We have a client who needed trucks to haul away debris. We were able to not only help him with the trucking but also source materials to help save on the cost of their project.”
Malcolm
Farm Manager / Certified Commercial Applicator
Malcolm has been farming for almost his entire life. He started growing an interest in farming when he was a young teen growing up in South Africa. He had the opportunity to specialize his education in agriculture and farming. Malcolm has been able to grow his interest and knowledge in the field after living in the United States for the past eight years.
Malcolm feels PD Three Trucking separates itself from other companies by having employees of all different backgrounds, which promotes a diverse work group. The different specialty backgrounds allow PD Three to stand out as a knowledgeable company that can handle any job.
When Malcolm is not working, he spends time with his wife. They are expecting their first child in 2022. He looks forward to the day he can teach his son about farming and buy him his first John Deere.
Ashleigh
Driver and Visibility Director
Ashleigh started working for PD Three Trucking in 2020. She loves getting to drive by past projects and say, “I am/was involved in that, project.” She gets to see that seed grow into something bigger than what it was, which is very rewarding.
PD Three Trucking is always changing – always evolving – and here she gets to see it happen every day. It’s a consistent adventure. PD Three is always prepared. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They can identify where improvement is needed and focus on keeping our customers satisfied, which separates them from other trucking companies.
Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys the outdoors, meeting new people, and doing random DIY projects. She has a love for animals and has a dog. Ashleigh loves exploring hiking trails, shopping or just relaxing at home.
Elizma
Driver and Media Director
Elizma started working for PD Three Trucking in 2019. She loves her job because she is constantly learning new things. It’s a very challenging job for her but she likes challenging herself every day. This job has pushed her to do things she never thought she would be able to do.
Elizma believes this company sets itself apart from other trucking companies by having a great team and culture. They have a team that goes above and beyond to keep all customers satisfied. As a team, PD Three Trucking always tries to be approachable and treat everyone with kindness. In PD Three we are not just a team but a family that sticks together, which makes us stand out.
Outside of work, Elizma likes exploring new places and going sightseeing. She likes the outdoors but also has a creative side. She enjoys keeping herself busy with arts and crafts.
